Hey Guys!

As you already I’m not that crazy sneaker fan, but when you get luxury sneakers for your birthday, you take on the challenge of wearing them haha. These sneakers I was gifted are called the “Wicki” from Bally. Before this, I didn’t have too much knowledge of Bally, but after doing some research and looking at items on their website I could see myself rocking a few pieces in the future!

Did I mention that the trainers are made in Italy ?! I’m all for an Italian shoe.  The body of the Wicki trainer is made up of calf leather in the color pink with the signature Bally stripe in the color scheme of black, grey, black. The sole of the sneaker is made of rubber. It is also lined with a gold trimming from the toe box of the shoe to half way around the ankle. The Bally logo is embossed on the tongue of the trainer.  The comfort level of these sneakers is beyond amazing and I’m definitely trading in my heels for these babies haha.

The Wicki trainer can be worn as a casual shoe, but can, also be styled with a dress or even a skirt. I styled my sneakers with white, denim pants, a patterned top, and a gold cross body bag  all from H&M.

Sequin, sequin, sequin and more sequin! Clearly, this time of year we just can’t get enough of sequin. It’s literally everywhere go and that’s not a bad thing.

Since sequin is a popular trend at the moment, I started going through my closet and I realized I was missing an item. Sequin boots! I immediately went on the hunt for some because I just needed a pair and my closet would be complete this year. After shopping around for a while, I found a pair of Christian Louboutin boots called the Louise X. The ultimate sequin boot I could find! The best part about it is that it changes from a black to silver sequin. I could easily switch up my look with these boots! They are a 4 inch boot with a zipper on the on the inside near the ankle. The boot is form-fitting and hugs your leg in all the right places. It is a thigh high boot so on me, it goes up.

I really could not wait to wear these beauties! I styled them with some denim shorts, a black turtle neck and a statement coat. You better believe that I haven’t stopped wearing these either! I’m so in love haha!

Hey Everyone!

Finally Fall/Winter season is here !! Well for me, not really because I live in Miami. It’ll probably be warm and rain a lot, like it always does or just be super humid and warm.

From doing tons of research and looking through all the Fashion Week photos, one trend that I saw a lot of was sequin. I remember having tons of sequin in my closet all through out middle school and those sequin purses that were popular (well, at least were I’m from they were popular haha.) My love for sequin was strong back then.

According to the article by Who What Wear, the history of sequence dates all the way back to King Tut. How cool is that, sequin has been around for that long! Crazy, right?! The trend has come and gone and is back in action, we have seen designers set the bar for the trend such as Gucci, Halpern, Marc Jacobs and many more. Having a sequin item in your closet this season is a must, whether it’s a dress, shirt or even an accessory. It’s a piece that’s going to make you stand out wherever you are.

When I was putting on this dress, I knew it already made a statement. I kept it simple by wearing my all white boots and accessorized with some white sunglasses .
