I don’t know about you, but there have been so many things that have been catching my eye lately. This season’s trends are beyond what I expected. I checked out Elle magazine’s Summer 2017 Fashion trends; from the bright colors to the floral prints and stripes, I just can’t get enough of it. It may not be Christmas (my favorite holiday (;), but I decided to make a wish list. I mean even though, my closet is full of clothes and shoes, it’s not bad too add more. Am I right ? My list of a few of the items I’m dying to purchase for this season. (Click on the images to see where you can purchase each item)

1. Yellow Pants

I already have these pants from Zara in red, but this yellow is just to die for. Yellow is a color, we are going to be seeing a lot of. From light to dark yellows, you’ll find a shade that will fit into your wardrobe perfectly.

2. Trench Coats

I never owned a trench coat, but I’ve always wanted one. They remind me a little bit of my grandpa because I remember him coming back from meetings, looking so professional with his dress shirt and tie underneath.

3. Corset Belts

Corset belts have become super popular. Once celebrities started wearing them, people couldn’t get enough of them. Even some designers had them in their runway shows. I thought I’d put it on my list and give it a try. Plus, I want to see the different ways I could style it.

4. Stripes & One Shoulder Top

This shirt has the best of both worlds due to the fact that it has stripes and one shoulder. Two trends in one, can’t go wrong with that. I’m in love with this shirt, so it’s just a must have haha.

Comment below and let me know some of your favorite trends this season.

Nude heels? What can I say about them, except that they are an essential for every women’s closet (especially if it’s a Lououtin haha.) Whether it’s open-toed or closed, a nude heel is a go-to shoe to take you from day-to-night, no matter the outfit. We all need a good nude pair heels, especially an open-toed one to show off that freshly painted pedicure. Lououtins have been my go-to shoe lately and lucky I found the Cherrysandal.

Inspired by the Cherry Blossom, Louboutin had released the “Cherrysandal” for Spring/Summer ’17. In Japanese culture, the cherry blossom represents the fragility and the beauty of life. The Cherrysandal comes in three different colors: Nude, Black, and Multicolor. The heel has a height of 140, which is 5.5 inches and it has a platform in the front giving the foot a little more support. It has a thick metallic strap across the toes, two PVC straps on each side on the ankle, and thick ankle strap that buckles around the ankle.

For my outfit, I did the dress over pants look. I wore ripped denim jeans, a white Tshirt, with a striped dress over them.

Staying on top of trends is something I’m always researching and since, I’m a shoe lover, I felt that I needed to find a shoe that went along some of the Spring/Summer ’17 trends. Vibrant colors is a trend that we have already been seeing a lot of this season and I felt that I needed a vibrant colored shoe in my wardrobe. I didn’t want a shoe that was just one bright color or one bright material, the shoe had to be able to draw people’s attention. That is when I came across the “Chapito Ho” at Christian Louboutin.

The Chapito Ho is a part of the Spring/Summer ’17 collection for Louboutin. The shoe has a heel height of about 4 inches and to me, that is doable. The heel is covered in a glitter material, that has every vibrant colorw known to man haha! The back end of the shoe, the part where your heel sits, is made of PVC and has a zigzagging effect to it. PVC is a material that some brands have been using, specifically for shoes.  Its pointed toe box is made of suede, in the color, Rosa, and is cut in a zigzag effect with an orange colored PVC. The ankle strap is thin enough, so that it doesn’t take away from other parts of the shoe.

This shoe is honestly one of my favorite pairs of Louboutins in my closet. I can walk all day in these and not complain once. As you can see below, it really does make my outfit stand out.
